Terms of Service

1. Scope of the service

OZYM is a cross-platform application for managing home membership, tasks, calendars, notifications, and optional education modules. Features may vary by platform, user role, and enabled module.

2. Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and current information.
• Users are responsible for the security of their Google account or username and password credentials.
• For managed accounts created by an adult, the person creating the account must have the required authority.
• Account sharing and attempts to gain unauthorized access are prohibited.

3. Home membership and roles

A user who creates a home or invites a member must have the authority to invite those individuals and assign their roles. Users must correct incorrectly granted permissions without delay.

4. Child and student profiles

An adult who creates a profile, study plan, or account for a child or student confirms that they have the required parental, guardian, or other legal authorization. Education information does not replace professional advice.

5. User content

Users must have the right to use any photos, notes, tasks, and other content they upload. Content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes another person's privacy may not be uploaded.

6. Acceptable use

• Users must not attempt to disrupt the security or operation of the service.
• Unauthorized data access, automated abuse, and impersonation are prohibited.
• The application must not be used for harassment, surveillance, or causing harm.
• Users must comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Notifications

Notifications are provided for convenience and may be delayed due to device, network, or service interruptions. Critical plans should not rely solely on application notifications.

8. Changes to the service

OZYM features may be improved, changed, or removed. Continuous or error-free availability of the service is not guaranteed.

9. Account termination

Access may be restricted where these terms are violated, a security risk exists, or the law requires it. Account and data deletion requests can be sent to ozym.app@gmail.com.

10. Limitation of liability

OZYM is a planning and tracking tool. Users remain responsible for decisions concerning family, education, health, transportation, or safety. Mandatory provisions of applicable law remain unaffected.
